Learning from Failure

History tells us abort the stories of greatest men who were Failure, like Albert Einstein whose teacher describes him by saying mentally slow, unsociable and adrift forever in his foolish dreams he is known as Dull Albert he doesn’t pass any entrance examination to get into Zurich polytechnic School. But he tries and tries, and then he gets the grade. Nowadays, we know that he is the greatest architect in his age. So, every one should know the causes of his failure and tries to learn lessons.

There are many causes of failure in one's life... If some- body delays doing something which makes him miss what should he does, and this an important, cause of failure fearing of failure is the maker of failure. This fearing means that people without confidence will not pass, because he fears that there are others who are much better. So, he hides his work as a result of his thinking, which his work has no value and beauty, Hastiness and excessive enthusiasm make the person active at the beginning of his work. But he loses this activity as a result of his hastiness.

Failing is the best teacher which teaches people lessons. Each one must vary his choices to decrease the chance of feeling ennui .Then he feels great changes in his feeling. Understanding the meaning of ambitious makes the person away from failure. Also it makes him reformed. Also to draw a new picture of succeed. If somebody fails, he should not stop. He must insist correct his mistakes and to do the right. He knows his faults. So, he can search for solution to his problem. Also, asking a person who has experiences in matters of life. He should prepare a plan before he venture upon any work.

The failure and success are contracted things. The intelligent is the one man who benefits from his fault and builds what he has ruined. Also to begin a new lift. Finally, the proverb says "Homer some times nods."

Benefits of Regular Exercise

Regular exercise has great benefits for every body. It increases the power of muscles and the circulation of the blood Also; it removes the fat from body. And so they prevent many diseases such as Obesity, Hypertension, and Arteriosclerosis, the regulation in exercises makes a person active. Somebody feels that he is still lazy after he wakes up, but after doing it he will feel active. Moreover, it organizes one s Life because he will have exact time each day to do it. Finally it anyone wants to have a slim body or to increase the fitness of his body, he should obligate himself to do regular exercises.
